Beggars are unionized and are operated by unions.
Beggars have unions which allot the area and time to different beggars. By the end of the day they give the earned money to their supervisors or chiefs who then decides who should get how much. These unions are turning into begging mafia and are bringing more beggars to make more money.

That's true and the main targets are the young kids, even the parents of these kids are responsible. They force their kids to work for these unions so that they can earn a bit and contribute to the family living. At the age, where the kids should go to school and gain their basic education, are sent to these unions to beg and earn money for them and get a very small part of it for their families and personal use. How sad is that?
ReplyDeleteThat's the reality of beggars and a good example is The movie called traffic signal that movie explains how Begging process works.
ReplyDeleteRobby you are right that the main target are the young children but what i feel is that we people are the reason why those kids are brought into this profession because we very simply give money when approached by those kids. So if we think before actually just giving the money this would actually help those kids to get out of that profession. Thanks for your Views.
ReplyDeleteYes Gobind that movie is a must watch but, people don't really use that knowledge in their real lives. In spite of knowing the fact that most beggars are not in a need of money ,people tend to give money again. So we should carefully examine that when we are giving money to those beggars are they really in need of it or not and is our money be used for good cause or bad.
ReplyDeleteyea rytee evn i hav come across n i guess evry1 has..itz juz nt an issue abt chd bt evrywhere ..the prblm is thy hav made beggin as thr proffesion whch must b stopped..but we can only wish i gues..
ReplyDeleteI am sure most of us have watched the movie Slumdog Millionaire. Even though the events might be fictional, the situation has been taken from real life incidents. If they can burn the eyes of innocent children, cut off their limbs and what not without an ounce of sympathy, one can only imagine the extent this racket has reached. And the scary thing is that even though our intentions might be just to help out these poor kids, what we are unwittingly doing is encouraging this atrocious begging "business" when we give them money.
