Is Begging right or wrong?

In my views its acceptable only if people who cannot work or are physocally challenged do it. Any person who has adopted this profession with an view to make money for their living, though he/she can make money by doing a job in that case it is not at all acceptable.

Beggars are unionized and are operated by unions.

Beggars have unions which allot the area and time to different beggars. By the end of the day they give the earned money to their supervisors or chiefs who then decides who should get how much. These unions are turning into begging mafia and are bringing more beggars to make more money.

Beggars are happy with what they are doing.

One day I realized that how the number of beggars is increasing at an Alarming rate in Chandigarh. We see beggars begging on the traffic lights and also on the roadsides in sectors/market places. one thing that I have noticed during my one last year is that, beggars have their fixed begging spots and timings. They always come up with some new idea of begging so, my concern of making this blog is to help people in saving their money which , they give to the beggars who are not really needy and beg just because they don't want to work. So Before giving money to a beggar just think about it!
